Lucia Lapidus Pini’s Expertise Designer and sociologist, I am an expert in applied methodologies to change the way we currently work : Design Thinking, Agile methods, Kanban, Lego Serious play, Sociology of innovation or Fiction-Design, are no mysteries to me. I use all these methods combined to help the private as well as the public sector to work in a different way, to be more agile, creative and collaborative. I do so by engaging in a CoDesign approach with my clients, we work hand in hand all along the process. All of the work I do normally reaches it highest point with an immersing workshop, where the collective intelligence is at its best. These methods can be applied to almost any project, from the structuration of a department, change management, to conceiving an app or imagining the future of a company. The search for new ideas, new ways of working together and working on innovative projects is my driving force. I am a designer and facilitator of collaborative workshops : I am active and productive in the phases of creative exercises, research of ideas as well as in the user research studies. I am comfortable with the dynamics of creation, able to take the necessary distance to rebound on the embryos of innovation, always searching for new ideas and new ways to implement them.
